7-Methoxyflavone是一种在巴西螺中发现的具有多种生物活性的黄酮。当使用浓度为20µM时，它抑制RAW 264.7巨噬细胞的芳香化酶(无细胞实验中IC50 = 1.9µM)和lps诱导的一氧化氮(NO)产生17.74%。1,27 -甲氧基黄酮在报告基因实验中激活雄激素和/或糖皮质激素受体的转录活性，并在醋酸诱导小鼠扭体实验中具有抗伤害性作用(ED50 = 82.5µmol/kg)。
