6,2',4'-Trimethoxyflavone是一种从针叶虫中发现的类黄酮，具有多种生物活性。当浓度为2和10 μ M时，它作为芳烃受体(AhR)的拮抗剂，抑制苯并[a]芘诱导的AhR依赖性转录。6,2'，4'-三甲氧基黄酮降低lps诱导的THP-1细胞中TNF-α的产生。当浓度为10µM时，在体外可抑制HN-30头颈部鳞状细胞癌(HNSCC)细胞的迁移和侵袭，但不增殖。
