673-A是一种醛脱氢酶(ALDH1A)抑制剂，可在卵巢癌细胞系中消耗CD133+癌症干细胞(CSC)。673-A触发卵巢CSCs的坏死下垂并诱导线粒体解偶联蛋白(UCP)的表达。673-A在体内也能克服化疗耐药性。
